The work shouldn't look generated.

Most AI content announces itself — the plastic skin, the extra finger, the same five faces everywhere. We think that's a craft problem, not a model problem.

So we treat AI like a camera, not a slot machine: cast a subject, art-direct it, refine the same subject until it holds, and put a human eye on every frame before it leaves the studio.

02:00  —  THE CRAFT ENGINE

One method, both lanes.

Whether the deliverable is a persona or a film, it runs through the same engine. That's why the work holds together — and why it can't be reproduced by rerolling a prompt.

    Identity-lock + refinement

    We fix the subject — a face, an object, a film — against a reference set, then iterate the same subject until it holds. Consistency is the hard, defensible part, and it is the whole point.

    Art direction

    Lighting, lens, palette, wardrobe, location, season. Every choice is directed by a human with a point of view. Nothing is left to the default.

  3. 03

    Human-QC gate

    A person checks every frame for the tells — plastic skin, mathematical symmetry, wrong-season light, the extra finger — and re-rolls anything that fails before it leaves the studio.

  4. 04

    Delivered, owned

    You receive the work and the rights to it. No shared faces, no licence to renew, no platform to be locked into.
