00:00  —  THE WORK

The work is the proof.

Two demos. Both real. Both built end-to-end by Truecast — no client logos borrowed, no stock, no off-the-rack faces. One a persona, one a film.

01:00  —  LANE A · PERSONAS

Mila Sol

A brand-owned, identity-locked AI persona — a freelance editorial photographer living in Lisbon. Same face, same eye, every frame. Built to carry a whole social calendar without drifting or breaking character.

How it was made

Identity-locked
A fixed reference set governs the face. We iterate the same person, not a new one each time.
Consistency rig
35mm eye, warm film palette, seasonal accuracy. The look is a system, not a filter.
Human-QC
Every frame is checked for the AI tells — symmetry, plastic skin, wrong season — and re-rolled if it fails.
Owned
The persona and its library belong to the brand. No licence, no shared face, no lock-in.

Film-grade
Cinematic light and grade, scene by scene — directed, not generated at random.
No production
No actor, no set, no crew, no post house. Days, not months.
Owned
The film and every frame are delivered to the brand outright.
